Ashwintools Hydraulic Crimping Tool HT 1000 ( Head )  is suitable for crimping Lugs from 400 – 1000 sq. mm ( Copper & Aluminium ) . The Tool gives a 48 ton pull Out force after crimping with 6 sides crimping ( Hexagonal profile ) .
The Tool has a Bolt Locked head Opening for easy insertion & removal of Lugs . HT 1000 Head can be operated by any attachment Hand Pump HT 700-2A OR Foot Pump HT 800-1 OR electric Hydraulic Pump HT 45 AS for external working pressure for Crimping .
After attaching to any Pumps mentioned above the tool can build sufficient pressure required for hexagonal crimping with zero Air-gaps , reducing the chance of any crimp failure OR Oxidation for perfect Industrial Grade crimp .
The Tool is having a special design being compact & Heavy Duty it has the facility for Mass crimping and faster execution in Cable harness manufacturing & other Electrical installations like Panel Building & Sub-Station Power turnkey projects for power distribution & Transmission of electricity .
