BUSBAR CUTTING TOOL
Ashwin HT 200 busbar cutting tool is suitable for cutting copper & aluminium
busbar with horizontal blades, operated with hand operated hydraulic tool or a
power pack operated with electricity or a lithium battery.  Range :: 10 mm Thickness.

For busbar machines, the key requirement for a hydraulic electric pump is a high maximum pressure, typically around 700 bar (10,000 PSI), to provide sufficient force for cutting, punching, and bending operations. The HT 25AS / HT 45 AS / BOT 007 pumps listed below meet this requirement and are suitable for various busbar processing tasks.

Busbar cutting tools are specialized machinery, ranging from manual cutters to automated CNC systems, designed to precisely cut copper and aluminum busbars used in electrical switchgear, panels, and EV systems, often incorporating bending and punching capabilities (like hydraulic or CNC machines) for comprehensive fabrication. Key types include hydraulic cutters, abrasive saws, and multi-function machines that handle cutting, bending, and punching for high-precision fabrication in power distribution and other fields. Ashwintools has some Models useful for production of Panel building &  Electrical jobs .

Formula for Earthing Busbar Size: The size of the busbar can be calculated using the formula derived from thermal stress principles: ✅ A =√(I² x t) / k Where: – A = Cross-sectional area (mm²) – I = Fault current (A) – t = Fault duration (seconds) – k = Material constant (Copper: 205, Aluminum: 126, per IEC 60949)

Ashwin tools represents experience since 1975 , i.e more than two and half decade in the field of crimping technology, which inspired us to serve the country and the entire world with updated technology in the field of termination crimping.

The earlier practice of soldering the terminations which was unreliable ,time taking and labour oriented has been simplified by the introduction of crimping technique which in turn inspired us update the technology by introducing variety of crimping tools like manual, hydraulic and pneumati
