Description

Ashwintools HT 60 busbar punching tool is suitable for making holes on copper and aluminium busbar with set of dies, operated with hand operated Hydraulic Tool OR power operated with electricity ( HT 45 AS & HT 25 AS )  or lithium battery( BOT 007 ) .

Ashwin tools Busbar punching tools are specialized machines, designed to create precise, burr-free holes in copper and aluminum busbars. These tools are essential for manufacturing electrical control panels, switchboards, and power distribution systems. For busbar machines, the key requirement for a hydraulic electric pump is a high maximum pressure, typically around 700 bar (10,000 PSI), to provide sufficient force for cutting, punching, and bending operations. The pumps listed below meet this requirement and are suitable for various busbar processing tasks.

Types of Busbar Punching Tools

  • Manual/Hand-Operated Tools: These are portable, cost-effective, and suitable for low-volume or on-site work. They require manual force or an external hydraulic pump for operation and are ideal for smaller workshops.
  • Hydraulic Machines: These provide significant punching force (up to 50 tons or more) with less manual effort, ensuring cleaner and more consistent results than purely manual tools. They can be standalone units or connected to a separate power pack.
  • Semi-Automatic & Automatic Machines: These machines are designed for higher production volumes and often integrate multiple functions like bending, cutting, and punching into a single unit (3-in-1 processors). They offer greater precision, speed, and repeatability, with some featuring CNC controls for automated operation.

Key Features and Considerations

When selecting a busbar punching tool, consider the following features based on your application needs:

  • Material Compatibility: Ensure the tool is rated for the specific material you are using (typically copper, aluminum, and sometimes mild steel) and the required thickness.
  • Hole Shape and Size: Tools come with interchangeable dies to produce various hole shapes, including round, oval, and square, with customizable sizes available.
  • Portability vs. Stationary: Portable tools (like the HT 60) are ideal for on-site jobs,
  • Efficiency and Automation: Manual operation is cost-effective for occasional use, while hydraulic, semi-automatic, or CNC options drastically increase efficiency and accuracy for high-volume production.
  • Safety Features: Look for safety features such as overload protection valves, safety shields, and emergency stop functions to ensure safe operation.

Ashwin tools represents experience since 1975 , i.e more than two and half decade in the field of crimping technology, which inspired us to serve the country and the entire world with updated technology in the field of termination crimping.

The earlier practice of soldering the terminations which was unreliable ,time taking and labour oriented has been simplified by the introduction of crimping technique which in turn inspired us update the technology by introducing variety of crimping tools like manual, hydraulic and pneumati
