HT 25 AS : Electric Power Pack

Ashwin HT 25 AS is an electric power pack hydraulic pump operates with 220 V AC control
unit equipped with a solenoid valve and an optional pressure gauge ( optional )  facility.

Types of Power Packs

These specialized tools are typically driven by an external hydraulic power pack which supplies the necessary high pressure (often up to 10,000 PSI or 700 bar). 

• Electric Power Packs: These are motorized units (e.g., 220V AC, single phase) that automatically generate and maintain the hydraulic pressure, allowing for faster and more efficient operation. An example is the HT-25AS electric power pack, which can be connected to various busbar tools via a high-pressure hose.
• Manual or Foot-Operated Pumps: These are used for smaller jobs or where electricity is unavailable, providing the same hydraulic force but requiring manual effort. ( HT 700 – 2A &  HT 800 – 1 )

How They Work

1. Power Up: Plug in the pump (often 220V/380V), and run it for a minute to prime the system.
2. Pressurize: Close the switch to pressurize the hydraulic oil.
3. Operate Tool: Connect the pump to a busbar tool (punch, cutter, bender) via quick connectors and use the hand control unit for actions.
4. Automatic Return: The pump manages hydraulic pressure, and the tool’s spring return brings it back after each stroke.
