Manual Telecom Crimping Tool – GT- 7069 suitable to crimp 6 & 8 position Modular connectors & Networking telecom connectors like RJ 11 / RJ 12 / RJ 45 , the tools works on rachet mechanism with pre-fitted / torque adjusted Die-set for 100% full proof crimp profile & European standard pull out force suitable for 8P8C / 6P6C & 6P4C connectors .Â
The Tools has an embedded cable cutter facility on an engineered POM crimping Frame with broaching precision crimping Die-set on Hardened Metal constructed body with TPR handles for comfortable usage .Â
Ashwin Telecom crimping tool GT 7069 is a specialized hand tool used to create secure connections between electrical wires and Telecom connectors ( RJ 11 / RJ 12 / RJ 45 ) by deforming the metal connector around the stripped wire, effectively “crimping” it onto the conductor, thus establishing a strong, reliable bond without the need for soldering; commonly used in applications like wiring electrical systems, network cabling, and coaxial cable installations .
Ashwintools GT 7069 is a professional crimping Tool designed for durable use with consistency giving reliable Telecom & Networking terminals crimp joints , the frame has larger leverage due to bigger frame , which allows increased leverage during the crimping procedure with Rachet mechanism .  Â
The crimper has a built-in ratchet mechanism that allows you to use one hand to operate the tool while the other hand holds onto the cable. It only takes one squeeze of the handle for each crimp and it will automatically stop when the crimp is complete. This saves you time and energy when installing Telecom wires or other parts in your Networking Installations & other equipments for Telecom Networking application .
Ashwin GT 7069 crimper is one of the best tools to crimp wires on RJ 11 / RJ 12 / RJ45 connectors . Crimping is normally performed by first inserting the terminal into the crimp tool. The terminal must be placed into the appropriately sized crimp barrel slot . The wire is then inserted into the terminal with the end of the wire flush with the exit of the terminal to maximize cross-sectional contact. Finally, the handles of the crimp tool are used to compress and reshape the terminal until it is cold-welded onto the wire.

Ashwin tools represents experience since 1975 , i.e more than two and half decade in the field of crimping technology, which inspired us to serve the country and the entire world with updated technology in the field of termination crimping.
The earlier practice of soldering the terminations which was unreliable ,time taking and labour oriented has been simplified by the introduction of crimping technique which in turn inspired us update the technology by introducing variety of crimping tools like manual, hydraulic and pneumati
