How They Work

1. Power Up: Plug in the pump (often 220V AC ), and run it for a minute to prime the system.
2. Pressurize: Close the switch to pressurize the hydraulic oil.
3. Operate Tool: Connect the pump to a busbar tool (punch, cutter, bender) via quick connectors and use the foot pedal for actions OR  Hand control Unit . 
4. Automatic Return: The pump manages hydraulic pressure, and the tool’s spring return brings it back after each stroke. Only  in  select Models else return push back
