Ashwintools Hydraulic Crimping Tool HT 400 B is suitable for crimping Lugs from 25 – 400 sq. mm ( Copper & Aluminium ) . The Tool gives a 17 ton pull Out force after crimping with 6 sides crimping ( Hexagonal profile ) .
The Tool has a Bolt Locked head Opening for easy insertion & removal of Lugs . The tool is equipped with double speed pumping facilty allowing the ram to advance automatically to build sufficient pressure required for hexagonal crimping with zero Air-gaps , reducing the chance of any crimp failure OR Oxidation . It has a safety valve facility also & knob for release mechanism during or after crimping is complete .
The Tool is having a special design being compact & Light weight it has the facility for Mass crimping and faster execution in harness manufacturing & other Electrical installations like Panel Building & Sub-Station Power turnkey projects for power distribution & Transmission of electricity .
