Description

Manual Crimping Tool – GT- 7761 is a Heavy Duty crimping Tool for Solar Lugs & terminals from 2.5 – 6.00 sq. mm , with extra large mechanism for EU standard pull out force

Ashwin crimping tool  GT 7761 is a specialized hand tool used to create secure connections between electrical wires and connectors by deforming the metal connector around the stripped wire, effectively “crimping” it onto the conductor, thus establishing a strong, reliable bond without the need for soldering; commonly used in applications like wiring electrical systems, Solar cable installations ( MC 3 & MC 4 ) .

Renewable energy has become progressively  more important with time passing by meeting  cheap  Energy cost , thereby  converting light into electricity .  Solar Power is the most essential part of renewable energy supplies . Solar application developed with deep research and  high technological advancements for reducing cost of energy generation in the remote areas with stable and un-interupted power thru modern gadgets converting solar power into electricity for various applications .

The conversion of Solar power into electricity depends upon various factors of  system installations at site  , most important being connections to sustain long-term resistance to whether & climatic conditions .

ASHWIN TOOLS  offers wide range of Tools enabling error free , professional & efficient work with solar systems . Solar cables cutting  to  Crimping  of  Solar  connection we keep our commitment to Quality work with  whether resistant crimping solutions for long life and good energy transmission for perfect energy generation .

Ashwin GT 7761  crimper is one of the best tools to crimp wires on Solar lugs . It can be used to crimp wires, pins, terminals and fittings. Crimping is normally performed by first inserting the terminal into the crimp tool. The terminal must be placed into the appropriately sized crimp barrel slot .  The wire is then inserted into the terminal with the end of the wire flush with the exit of the terminal to maximize cross-sectional contact. Finally, the handles of the crimp tool are used to compress and reshape the terminal until it is cold-welded onto the wire.

This Ashwintools  Manual  crimping tool has an ergonomic design which makes it easy to use even for beginners. The design is also very compact and lightweight so you can carry it around with you wherever you go. The crimper has been designed with durable construction so it will last for many years without any problems. The crimper is made from high quality steel material with durable construction for long life use.
